Medium-Bodied Red Wine

Enjoy this recipe with a medium-bodied red wine such as Chianti, Sangiovese, Malbec or Zinfandel.
TIP :
If you're really hungry, there's nothing like a rack of these ribs! They're a great summertime treat, but our family also traditionally enjoys them with side dishes of coleslaw and beans during the football games on New Year's Day.

  3. PS: The advice to college freshmen is spot on. Those kinds of additions make the blog interesting to a broader range of readers

The advice On wine is great. You don't often see it on a cooking blog so that makes you special.

I haven't been around much lately or I would have complimented you on your new wallpaper. I really like it....Love your blog Sweetie,

Best regards to you and your family,
    Jeannie
