South-of-the Border Soup

Prep : 15 minutes          Cook : 40 minutes     Make  8 servings

1              egg
1/4           cup dry bread crumbs
1/2           teaspoons salt
1/4           teaspoon pepper
1              pound  ground beef
1              jar (16 ounce) picante sauce
1              can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn , drained
1              can (14-1/2 ounces) black beans , rinsed and drained
1              can ( 14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes , un-drained
1-1/4        cups water

1 .       In a large bowl , combine  the first 4 ingredients  . Crumble beef over  mixture and mix well . Shape into 1-inch balls .
2 .       In a large saucepan , brown  meatballs  ; drain. Add the picante  sauce , corn beans , tomatoes  and water ; bring to a boil . Reduce  heat ; cover and simmer  for 20 minutes  or until the meat is no longer  pink .

    1. Hi Louise , Keep a pot on the stove for my hungry kids after school , I swear they are starving , I ask what you ate today and they just grin .

      I hear from Pinterest , they said there was a lot of people with the same problems and they are working to dissolve them , patience is not one of my strong points :D , the wheels turns slowly . They say I'm following you , so I guess it's will resolve itself soon . Thanks for stopping by :).

    2. I did make a big pot of soup today Nee. Marion gave the thumbs up! Be sure and show the kids Wordless Wednesday tomorrow. I think they will like it but, it may make them even hungrier, lol...

    3. Louise you are a GEM , Give Marion a BIG (((HUG))) for me . I will be sure to show it to them , my oldest girl always asks to see it .

      There are others with my problem , they say I am following you ... One said maybe use my email , I know I had a person with sex toys following me , I deleted them ... sure it will be worked out in time . I looked into secret boards , I am still waiting to here , almost a week now . do you have to email me to invite me , if so , I missed it when my computer was fried to a crisp ..... it will work out :)
