Quick Southwestern Chicken Soup

 
Prep / Total Time : 25 minutes      Makes 5 servings 
 
2           cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth 
1           cup salsa 
3           cups cubed cooked chicken 
1            can (15 ounces) black beans , rinsed and drained 
2           cups  coarsely  chopped fresh spinach 
 
In a large saucepan , bring the broth  and salsa  to a boil . Reduce  heat . Add the chicken  and beans  ; heat through . Stir in spinach  , cook until wilted . Serve imediately .
 
When you donn't feel like going to the grocery store  , you can turn to this soup for dinner  since the ingredients  for it is always in your pantry and fridge . It's easy and quick to make . Plus it taste amazing .
