Shrimp With A Kick A** Taste (giggling)

Makes 4 servings

3         tablespoons  mayonnaise
1         tablespoon  butter, room temperature
1         cup sweet chili sauce
1         pound  fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2      cup seafood breading
Olive oil for deep frying
Crushed red pepper, to taste
　


Mix mayonnaise, butter and sweet chili sauce in a bowl until blended; set aside. Lightly coat shrimp with seafood breading. Shake off excess and deep-fry shrimp in olive oil with crushed red pepper for approximately 3 minutes. After removing hot shrimp from oil and draining on paper towels, add to sauce mixture and toss to coat.

      The shrimp needs a little up-scaling and this is it . Thanks for stopping by .

      PS. You may have to keep the snowballs a little longer we are only getting rain and lots of it . It's 35 degrees , the weatherman forecast snow but it didn't get cold enough .
      It don't stay below freezing long enough to stick , it seems to melt before reaching the ground .(giggling) I am so bad ... stay warm and safe ...Nee :)

      You are so good, Nee, {{{giggling}}} I don't mind saving the meatballs whoops, snowballs for the kiddies. At least you didn't get a bunch of snow although, I bet the kiddies would have loved it!

      Oh Louise , the kids was so disappointed , snow means they would be out of school and get to play outside all day . Baby Boy asked where is the snow mama . It was raining cats and dogs , I said come here my little darling , I help him and said that is southern snow , it melts before it hit the grown . That seem to satisfy him at the time , I am waiting for him to ask hubby (giggling) .Nee

      The weather men said it may snow in the eastern states until April . That will play hectic with the crops , if so food will be sky high .
      I will tell Baby Boy , we call him Man , after he started walking at 11 months , I had no more baby , he thinks he's as big as the rest of them . :)
