Prep : 15 minutes Cook : 40 minutes Make 8 servings
1 egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 jar (16 ounce) picante sauce
1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn , drained
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) black beans , rinsed and drained
1 can ( 14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes , un-drained
1-1/4 cups water
1 . In a large bowl , combine the first 4 ingredients . Crumble beef over mixture and mix well . Shape into 1-inch balls .
2 . In a large saucepan , brown meatballs ; drain. Add the picante sauce , corn beans , tomatoes and water ; bring to a boil . Reduce heat ; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink .

I did make a big pot of soup today Nee. Marion gave the thumbs up! Be sure and show the kids Wordless Wednesday tomorrow. I think they will like it but, it may make them even hungrier, lol...

One said maybe use my email , I know I had a person with sex toys following me , I deleted them ... sure it will be worked out in time . I looked into secret boards , I am still waiting to here , almost a week now . do you have to email me to invite me , if so , I missed it when my computer was fried to a crisp ..... it will work out :)
