Garlic Rosemary Pork Chops

Use this simple rub mixture on pork chops . Serve with buttered pasta garnished with parsley.

Makes 4 servings
1               tablespoon bottled minced garlic
1-1/2        teaspoon dried rosemary , crushed
1/4           teaspoon salt
1/4           teaspoon pepper
4            (6 ounce) rib pork chops
            **cooking spray**

Prepare broiler :
Combine first 4 ingredients ; rub over chops . Spread garlic mixture evenly over chops . Place chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray ; broil 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness .

    Garlic Rosemary and Pork Chops! Oh yummy! Marion won't touch it though. She doesn't like garlic and she says Rosemary flares up her arthritis! I may just make it for me though when she isn't looking, lol...Thanks for sharing, Nee...Hi to those kitchen testers of yours:)
