  2. Good afternoon Nee,
Now this one I am saving to my favorites list. I love this type of meal. Maybe because my mom used to make something similar to this but only with a pork butt. I love the sweetness of the potatoes and I could eat sauerkraut all day. The meat whatever you use makes the sauerkraut sweet as well. Fabulous dish, Nee! Plus perfect for a cold day. Thank you for sharing..

It's one of the family's favorite when I fix sauerkraut , I also make it with pork , with a good piece of meat , you can't miss with this dish .
Lot of people I know don't like sauerkraut , I sent my friend a bowl of this recipe and the next thing I knew the phone rung and she said she was on her way for the recipe .
I told her to be a good cook was all in the way you hold your mouth . (giggling).
Thanks for stopping by , stay warm and safe . Nee :)
