DeleteDear Nee, I must say that you always have something that I enjoy, but for the first time I have to say that I am not fond of Collard Greens, sorry...They look like lovely in your photo. But on the other hand, my mom is a true lover of them. We never had them growing up, but she was at a friends for dinner one time, and her friend served them, and you know the story from there, she loved them. She is always looking for a new way of making them. So all is not lost, I will be sharing this with her. I am sure she will enjoy your recipe. Thanks for sharing, Have a blessed week...Dottie :)
