1 tablespoon olive oil
4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
**Cooking spray**
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Rub oil evenly over fish. Combine cumin, salt, garlic powder, and peppers; sprinkle over fish. Arrange fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or desired degree of doneness.

Oh my gosh I am so glad I found your blog...I am on a diet and that fish looks so delightful, I will pick up some of that and try that recipe for sure...I am a new follower of yours and I hope there are more simple fish recipes, cool pictures too...Phyllis
