This creamy, sweet salad with crisp apple crunch is a real people-pleaser. It makes a lot, which is good, because it will go fast!
Prep/Total Time: 15 minutes MAKES: 12 servings
1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 large apples, chopped (about 6 cups)
4 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in apples and candy bars. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 12 servings (3/4 cup each).
Oh, this is pretty sinful! I can imagine how delicious it is, and how fast it would disappear. It's a must try! If only pulling off the screen would work! :-) Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteHi Nee! Oh this looks wonderful...you had me at 'Snickers' - what a wonderful surprise. This sounds like a wonderful autumn treat.

Good afternoon Nee,
ReplyDeleteHow awesome..what a luscious dessert to place on your table. As you said it will not last long...I love the apples and the fact that it is so simple. What a wonderful and tasty idea to add the Snickers bars..that just did it for me. I could eat two of them, (right now) giggle...Very well done! Will have to try this one next time my nieces are over. Thanks for sharing...have a blessed week...
Hugs x Dottie :)

DeleteHope all is well in your little corner of the world. Getting a bit worried...
It's me again, Nee. My calendar tells me today is "Baby Boy's" birthday. Thinking of you "guys."
DeleteDear Nee, Louise was kind enough to introduce me to you and your blog! It is so nice to "meet" you. :) I have been concerned about Ginger, aka Savannah Granny, and Louise felt you may know how she is doing. I have been by her blog different times and I see that she has not posted in a long time. Do you know if she is doing okay? I do hope all is well. I love your sweet, little dogs!! Oh, how precious!
